Biography

Monika Grygier (Łódź, Polonia, 1970) es una artista visual formada en Bellas Artes en Opole y Cieszyn, discípula de Jerzy Wroński, miembro de la histórica Grupa Krakowska. Ganadora del Primer Premio del Concurso Nacional de Jóvenes Talentos de Polonia, ha obtenido numerosos premios nacionales e internacionales y ha expuesto en Suiza, Italia, Polonia, España y en ciudades como Nueva York, Berlín, Londres, Bruselas o Shanghái. Desde 2013 es fundadora y presidenta de la Asociación Cultural IDEA, impulsando proyectos culturales y residencias artísticas internacionales.
