Biography

Persigo la creación de nuevas composiciones geométricas a través de lugares cotidianos, buscando una nueva visión alternativa. Muchas de mis fotografías son tomadas en localizaciones simples, dónde frecuentemente transita gente, y que sin embargo, no atrae su atención por su carácter corriente. Como medio, reutilizo líneas, formas y colores para construir nuevas imágenes totalmente diferentes. En algunas imágenes, cambio la realidad común de estos objetos, buscando la objetividad de su visionado frente a la asociación habitual de estos. Materiales, que conforman las fotografías, pueden ser: Farolas, escaleras, ropa, reflejos... Todo son elementos cercanos, deconstruyendo así su funcionalidad para darle una nueva función y mezclando lo cotidiano con lo nuevo. Movimientos de Vanguardia como el Minimalismo, el Suprematismo o el Constructivismo, han alimentado mi imaginación ayudándome a crear estas imágenes.
