Biography

Ángeles Saura (Valencia,1960) es artista multidisciplinar y doctora en Bellas Artes. Reside en Madrid donde ha sido Profesora Titular en la Univ. Autónoma de Madrid. Actualmente trabaja también en Segovia y Gijón. Premiada por el Instituto de la Juventud (http://www.injuve.es/), realizó su primera exposición individual en Granada (1986). Desde entonces exhibe su trabajo en numerosas muestras colectivas e individuales, nacionales e internacionales. Investigadora y docente, entiende el arte como herramienta de diálogo y comunicación, útil para promover el bienestar personal y la felicidad. Con su Proyecto “Exposiciones enREDadas” (http://exposicionesenredadas.blogspot.com/), ha comisariado colectivas por 17 países, seis de ellas patrocinadas por la UNESCO. Desde 2021 se dedica en exclusiva a la creación artística.
