Biography

BABY RUTH surge después de un largo proceso de maduración personal y de definir, cómo plasmar mi pasión por el universo de la moda, para desarrollar piezas llenas de armonía y estética dotadas de significado. Mi obra se caracteriza por la utilización de textiles y otros materiales con diferentes texturas, empleando la técnica del collage. Los dos ejes clave en los que me apoyo para la ejecución son: la inspiración en los detalles de la alta costura, y, por otro lado, el patrón, la proporción y la forma, que conforman la estructura principal del cuadro. Me inspiro en la moda, la pintura, los colores de la naturaleza y entiendo el arte como algo que está, indiscutiblemente, ligado al concepto de libertad y búsqueda de la belleza.
