Biography

Arkal nació en Madrid en 1982. Recibió una formación internacional en la Universidad de Miami y la John Cabot University de Roma, donde recibió cursos en historia del arte. Posteriormente, estudió Bellas Artes en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y se formó en diversos centros y talleres de artistas, entre los que cabe destacar el taller del Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo. Entre sus exposiciones individuales, cabe destacar las de la Galería Materna y Herencia de Madrid o la sala Matadero de Madrid. Ha participado en exposiciones y ferias internacionales tales como la Biennale Belvedere de San Leucio (Italia), Art Innsbruck, Affordable Art Hampstead y Le Dame Art Gallery (Londres), Affordable Art Milan, Donostiartean (San Sebastián), Art of the prom (Niza), Museo CAC Mijas (Málaga), Palacio de Medinaceli, Galleri Bellman (Estocolmo), TVAA Texas (Dallas). Principalmente realiza una pintura matérica, grabado y fotografía. El trasfondo de su obra se encuentra relacionada con reflexiones espirituales.
