Biography

Mi interés por el arte, en especial por la pintura, la fotografía y todas las disciplinas del diseño ha sido desde siempre. Me formé en Diseño Gráfico en la Escola Massanade Barcelona, -escuela de arte y diseño-, en la época del “boom del diseño” de la Barcelona de mediados de los noventa. En aquel momento vi en el diseño gráfico la vía más interesante para desarrollar mis inquietudes y darles una salida a nivel profesional. ​ Utlizo la pintura, como un medio de volver a los orígenes, de recuperar valores y maneras de hacer, suplidas con el a veces abusivo uso de la reproducción digital. Mi vehículo de expresión son las texturas, influenciadas por la mella que deja el inevitable paso del tiempo en la naturaleza, en la arquitectura, en la vida,... Una pintura que interactúa con el diseño de interiores, complementándolos y dotándolos de la identidad propia que cada espacio requiere. Cada lienzo es único, irrepetible y artesanal.
