Óleo/lienzo de lino

Se representa a una inexistente niña en su primera comunión, a modo de ilusionada imagen de "la hija que nunca tuve"- dice el artista., Esto es lo que hace el arte: la magia de hacer visible lo inexistente.Trabajado al óleo con tres capas de veladuras, acabado a espátula exclusivamente al óleo, haciendo surgir suavemente los colores inferiores. El fondo es el blanco de la imprimación de la tela de lino, lo que genera un sinfín de matices dentro de la figura por comparación con la neutralidad inmaculada del fondo. Pertenece a la serie La Línea Blanca que pretende reflejar la realidad del mundo contemporáneo. Firmado y fechado en el reverso. Cuidadoso empaquetado.

Biography

Nace en Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real) -Spain- 3-9-1956. Estudió BBAA en Valencia. Ha vivido además en Barcelona y Granada. Actualmente reside en Valencia. Es doctor en Bellas Artes. Ha realizado 40 exposiciones individuales en España y una en Portugal. Además ha realizado unas 200 colectivas en todo el mundo. Desde 2005 trabaja la llamada La Línea Blanca, a la que pertenecen las pinturas que se pueden ver en FLECHA. Pinturas de esta serie han sido expuestas, entre otros lugares, en Artefact Gallery (2014) y Lacey Gallery (2016) de Londres.
