The beginning of a new series of botanical elements that determine the space. Skin pattern backdrop that reveals the binomial relation between nature and man. How we relate to nature, plants, animal prints? How do we incorporate these in our life and how relevant it becomes? Primary colours give the tone to an embodiment of this regenerative plant from the humid woods. Acrylic base painting unframed 200 gr. paper.

Biography

Artista plástica y investigadora de art desde 2008, con formación académica en filosofia del art y museologia en la Universidad de bellas Artes de Lisboa . Curadora de algunos proyectos artísticos en Lisboa, Barcelona y Paris, con oficinas y palestras acerca de arte en museos. Enfocada en art sobre o en la naturaleza, creando installations, fotografiando y pintando lo que cree más interesante para su trabajo y búsqueda. Más recientemente ha coordenado residencias artísticas con artistas de Portugal y Angola para un proyecto de cambios multiculturales y de cooperación. Ha publicado su primero libro de ilustraciones infantiles. Está en curso un segundo libro de ilustraciones para 2022. Exposiciones individuales y colectivas de pintura y dibujo en Lisboa, Matosinhos, Oporto, Barcelona, Palma de Maiorca y Nueva Iorque desde 2008. Está preparando 2 exposiciones para el año 2022, una en el Museo Quinta de Santiago, en Matosinhos; la otra en el Forum Maia, en Oporto.
