Dibujo Ilustración Pintura

Acrilico, gouache en papel/cartolina

Painting and drawing inspired by cultural rituals, since pré-historic times. This work is about someone's last wishes before one dies. A ritual urn is taken by a familiar person whose hands are clearly of an old human being, to his last wish place. The bottom part of this painting expresses the beauty of invisible and organic life that is transforming itself, beneath the earth, the soil seeding a new outcome. Bright earthy and deep colours fill this artwork wrapping the netted funeral vessel. This painting is composed by two separate paper surfaces that work together. The materials used are: acrylic; watercolour, gouache, indian ink on thin cardboard. Painting not framed and it ships in a folder/carpeta.

70 x 100 x 0.1 cm
