La obra "Plato con uvas rojas" es un ejemplo de cómo la simplicidad puede contener una profunda riqueza emocional y visual. A pesar de su motivo sencillo, el cuadro rebosa de alma interior. Pintado sobre un soporte reciclado que albergaba un cuadro anterior que nunca llegó a convencerme, esta textura subyacente enriquece la obra actual con matices interesantes. El punto focal del plato, visto desde arriba, organiza la composición, mientras que el juego de luces y sombras confiere volumen y dimensión a las uvas. La materia se vuelve tosca e intrigante, y el contraste de la textura subyacente añade una complejidad fascinante al conjunto. Este cuadro es un testimonio del poder transformador del arte, donde una segunda oportunidad ha dado lugar a una obra llena de carácter y profundidad.

Biography

Juan Álvarez Cebrián realiza cursos de Pintura con Daniel Quintero, Eduardo Úrculo. Cursos de grabado con José Hernández, Daniel Gil, Paco Mora, Luis Cabrera. Copista de obras en el Museo Nacional del Prado. Exposiciones individuales y colectivas por distintas galería nacionales y algunas internacionales. Seleccionado en multitud de concursos nacionales. Algunos premios obtenidos son Adquisición en el XLII Concurso de Pintura y Dibujo Antonio López, Tomelloso, Ciudad Real en 2010. Primer Premio de Pintura en pequeño formato AGORA96, Cádiz en 2003. Finalista Dibujo Fundación Ynglada Guillot, Barcelona, en 1.997. Primer Premio de Dibujo Antonio López García. Tomelloso, Ciudad Real. Primer Premio de Pintura del XXVI concurso de Pintura y Dibujo Tomelloso de Ciudad Real, y finalista Premio de Dibujo Antonio del Rincón, en Guadalajara en 1994.
